We use your information to respond to your inquiries and provide the expediting, filing, and consulting services you request; to send appointment reminders, filing status updates, and service notifications; to send account and billing communications; and to comply with legal obligations. TEXT MESSAGING (SMS) AND YOUR MOBILE INFORMATION

HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as follows: with service providers who work on our behalf and are bound to protect it, such as our SMS delivery provider, which receives your mobile number solely to deliver messages you have asked to receive and for no other purpose; with government agencies such as the NYC Department of Buildings, HPD, FDNY, or OATH when doing so is necessary to perform the filing or defense you have hired us for; and when required by law, subpoena, or court order. Again, SMS opt-in data and consent are excluded from all sharing.

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including encrypted transmission of data submitted through this website and access controls limiting who inside our company can view your records.

DATA RETENTION AND DELETION

We keep project and filing records for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet legal, tax, and recordkeeping requirements. Mobile numbers used for SMS are retained only while your consent is active; when you reply STOP, your number is added to our do-not-contact list. This website and our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
