These Terms & Conditions govern your use of fastarchitect.com and the services provided by Building Expediting Systems Inc. ("we," "us," "our"), 71-58 Austin Street, Suite 207A, Forest Hills, NY 11375. By using this website, submitting a form, booking online, or opting in to our text message program, you agree to these terms.

OUR SERVICES

We provide architectural plan coordination, building permit expediting, Tenant Protection Plan preparation, and related filing and violation services in New York City. Information on this website is general in nature and is not legal or engineering advice. Nothing on this site creates a client relationship until we have confirmed an engagement with you in writing.

SMS TEXT MESSAGING PROGRAM

Program description. Building Expediting Systems Inc. operates an SMS program for FastArchitect.com customers and inquiries. By providing your mobile number and giving express consent, you agree to receive text messages from us about your project, including appointment reminders and confirmations, permit and filing status updates, document requests, inspection scheduling, service notifications, and responses to questions you send us.

How you opt in. You opt in by checking the SMS consent box on a form on this website, by texting us first, or by giving written consent in person or on a signed service agreement. Consent is not a condition of purchase, and you do not have to agree to receive text messages in order to hire us.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your project activity and your interaction with us. You may receive up to approximately 10 messages per month.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data charges apply to every message sent and received. We do not charge for the messages themselves.

How to opt out. You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After you send STOP, we will send you a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further messages. To rejoin, sign up again as described above.

How to get help. Reply HELP to any message from us for assistance, or contact us at 718-971-9762 or info@buildingexpeditingsystems.com.

Carrier liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed.

Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you provide.

Privacy. No mobile information will be sold, rented, or shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

PAYMENT AND FEES

Fees for services are quoted in advance and are due as set out in your service agreement or invoice. Government filing fees, permit fees, and agency penalties are separate from our service fees and are the responsibility of the client.

NO GUARANTEE OF AGENCY OUTCOME

We prepare, file, and advocate on your behalf. We cannot and do not guarantee approval, dismissal, or any particular result from the Department of Buildings, HPD, FDNY, OATH, or any other agency, as those decisions rest solely with the agency.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and downloadable materials we have prepared, is owned by us or our licensors and may not be reproduced for commercial use without permission. Blank agency forms made available here are public documents of their issuing agencies.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to our services is limited to the fees you paid us for the specific service at issue. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Queens County, New York.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The effective date above will reflect the most recent version.
